A Simultaneous Design and Optimization Framework for the Reaction and Distillation Sections of Methanol to Olefins Process

The reaction and separation sections are the keys to methanol-to-olefins (MTO) chemical processes, they should be optimized reduce cost of production. This work develops a framework for simultaneous design optimization distillation sections. An model with shortcut rigorous methods combined is established columns improve accuracy efficiency.
